It has full key identification coverage and provides reading, programming and authentication for low frequency transponders (all types including the latest generation of transponders such as infrared keys produced by Mercedes-Benz™).

The new PROTAG programmer is also ergonomically designed for added ease of use and has slots for the transponders, keys and separate cards that need to be programmed. PROTAG also provides increased durability when used in tough conditions. It also reduces the margin of error for positioning the transponder.
