The ZN080 series is designed To connect AVDI and ABPROG to BCM2 modules to read (unlock) BCM2 modules on the bench. This allows to perform key programming procedures on specific vehicles.

This kit does not require any soldering, which makes working with these units much easier.
The solderless connection kit includes:

• 3 removable BCM2 adapter plates Equipped with expertly placed needles to fit different types of BCM2 units:
• Used Type A transformer For connection to BCM2 modules for 8K models – A4 / A5 / Q5
• Used Type B converter To connect to BCM2 modules of 4H models – A6/A7/A8/Touareg with software version higher than 800 (can be found on the label)
• Used Type C Adapter To connect to BCM2 modules of 4H models – A6/A7/A8/Touareg with software version below 800 (can be found on the label)

• 1 DB9 cable To connect each adapter board, and DB25 connectors (one for AVDI and one for ZN045 ABPROG), and DC power supply connector
• ZN045 ABPROG Programmer
• plastic nails To install the adapter plate with pins on the BCM2 module
• Spare needles (The connecting needles can be easily replaced if necessary)

• A4/A5/Q5 2008-2016 – All keys lost
• A6/A7/A8/Touareg 2010-2018 – Add spare key (and all missing programming, if CS can be read from ECU/TCU)
• Lamborghini Huracan 2014+

In order to perform the actions, you need to: VN020 – CS Manager License for Locked BCM2 Modules.
AVDI required with AMS Active to use this product.
