GODIAG GT106 PLUS 24V to 12V Heavy Duty Truck Converter Function:

1. Convert 24V voltage of diagnostic interface of heavy trucks, light trucks, vans, etc. to 12V voltage that can be used by diagnostic equipment.

2. Convert 24V truck k-line communication protocol to 12V truck k-line communication protocol.

When the fuel injector is detected, if the fuel injector is turned to open or close, the ammeter shows the normal value and the fuel injector works normally, it means that the fuel injector is normal. Otherwise, it means that the fuel injector is damaged.

Note: Use a 24V 8A power source to test the truck's fuel injector and the time should not exceed 120 seconds.

Fuel injector cleaning

When the fuel injector is clogged, the fuel injection is not smooth. There are carbon deposits and thick sticky substances in the fuel injector gap. The designed fuel injection volume or atomization effect cannot be achieved, and it must be cleaned.

1) Prepare a pressurized canister for fuel injector cleaning or a pressurized canister for carburetor cleaning (pressurized can nozzle diameter: 4mm)

2) Hold the hand cleaner firmly with your hand, then hold the fuel injector firmly with your fingers to prevent the pressure of the cleaner can from washing the fuel injector.

3) Pay attention to the dangers of liquids to the human body during manual cleaning, and take protective measures. Do not work in dangerous places with open flames because pressurized cans are highly flammable. Choose an open place to facilitate the drainage of cleaning fluid.
