VAS6154 Infrastructure Mode:

In infrastructure mode, multiple network-capable devices can be connected together (network subscribers).
For wireless networking, a WLAN access point is required. This access point forms the connection to subscribers who are ready to use WLAN.

VAS6154 Point-to-Point Communication:

By connecting from point to point over a wireless network, the VAS 6154 creates a wireless network. Thus, the VAS 6154 adopts the role of a wireless access point (AP).
A direct connection is made between the diagnostic unit and the VAS 6154 diagnostic interface.
