CANCELLATION POLICY
Sinnak LLC-FZ Refund, Cancellation & Non-Refundable Services Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, please note that once an order has been shipped, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.
Non-Refundable or Non-Cancellable Services & Products
For services and products specifically designated as non-refundable or non-cancellable, these terms will be clearly communicated before purchase. We strongly encourage you to review all order details and service terms carefully prior to finalizing your purchase. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Please Note: Digital products and online services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet one of the following conditions:
- The wrong product was sent by us.
- The product is defective.
- The item is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Shipping Costs & Time
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not offer returns (refunds or exchanges) in the following cases:
- Any product that is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Products that were damaged during shipping.
- Products not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
(We typically complete orders within 1-3 working days, excluding holidays and national days. Exceptions may occur due to stock unavailability or delays caused by shipping companies, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
